If your eyelash extensions were applied by another specialist please book a new client retouch. This helps me ensure the integrity of your natural lashes before applying more. All sessions booked after 25 days are considered full sets.
All retouch sessions require 15 lashes per eye, or full set charges will be applied.
Please come to your lash session makeup free with clean lashes, cleaning during lashing time takes away from the service, weakens the adhesive bond and shortens the lash life. Any extra cleaning will result in an additional $15 charge. To get the most out of your lash session, please avoid caffeine for 2 hours prior to your session. I know I know, I’m asking for a lot, but this will prevent shaky eyes and allow for the best lash placement and overall experience. Trust me the lash nap is almost the best part 🙃

*It’s important to note that volume eyelash extensions are NOT the cluster lashes you may see at a drugstore or beauty supply store. Cluster lashes vary drastically from volume lashes as they are pre-glued and can cause long term damage your natural lashes. They’re heavy, attached to multiple lashes and your lash line, and create a dense, unnatural look. The application of clusters is a service offered at the nail salon. These may be great for a one-night out but are not a semi-permanent option!

All day of cancellations and no-show clients must pay the full balance on the service before rebooking. There is a non-refundable $30 booking fee, this fee goes towards the session unless you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before scheduled time.
There is a $15 fee for all sessions that require extra cleaning or make up removal
EXTEND LashRoom does not offer refunds. We have a 3 day grace period for full set clients to come back in for a complimentary touchup if needed.
